Here’s a quick shortcut when you’re in a position to ask a customer to remove their feedback. It greatly improves your chances of compliance if you end your email with specific, step-by-step instructions for doing so. Here are the steps I send buyers. You may want to copy and paste this in a file for personal use:
“Below is the step-by-step instructions:
Go to
Amazon .com and click Your Account.
Click Your Orders.
On the right, choose a date range. Click Go.
Find your order, click View Order Details on the left, under Order Placed.
Go down to Your Feedback and click Remove.
The Remove Feedback page appears.
Choose a reason for removing the feedback, and then click Remove Feedback.”
