My name is Peter Valley, and I am firmly against selling my time to anyone else for a paycheck.
I will never work for anyone else. That’s what motivates me.
That’s where FBA comes in. What drives me in my Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) business is the drive for freedom. This is the highest and most noble of your personal goals – reclaiming your time, and taking back your freedom by way of the ultimate work-from-home business: Selling with Fulfillment by Amazon.

My story, from the beginning…
In 2007, I was at a garage sale and bought a photography book for $1. A week later I sold it on Amazon for $450.
At that point, I dove in to selling books on Amazon. Sometimes literally – most of my early inventory came from dumpsters at a university recycling center.
I was (mostly) broke and (very) driven to make my own hours with an internet-based business. Over the next several years, I worked to achieve Amazon bookselling mastery. It was a leisurely – but humble – internet business.
Fast forward to 2010. I was making a cross-country move, and transporting my Amazon inventory was cost-prohibitive. I researched Amazon’s “Fulfillment by Amazon” (FBA) program, where Amazon stores and ships your inventory for you, doing most of the work. Still skeptical, I shipped Amazon my inventory of books and DVDs and held my breath.
My sales exploded, and my once-part time business became a full-time obsession.
From that point, I committed myself to learning everything there was to know about Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). This website will track my ongoing learning experience into FBA: an emerging e-commerce tool that is making a small number of people a lot of money.
